I’m Sofia Molnar ~ Spiritual & Intuitive Life Coach, healer, guide and founder of Own Your Magic. Let me share a little of my journey, because it will help you understand why I’m so passionate about the work I do.

Back in 1998, I was living a very “normal” life in Vancouver, Canada. I had an ordinary job, an ordinary relationship and an ordinary rhythm to my days. But then, the extraordinary broke through. Out of nowhere, a voice whispered inside me: Move to Japan.

It made no sense at all. I had no ties to Japan, no interest in leaving Canada, no knowledge of the language  and yet, the voice was undeniable. I tried to silence it, but Spirit is persistent when it has something to say. Within six months, doors opened, synchronicities aligned, and I found myself in Fukuoka, Japan answering a call I couldn’t explain, but my soul knew to trust.

That leap was the beginning of my true initiation. 

More than 27 years later, I am still here in Japan. I share my life with my fabulous husband, who is my grounding force and greatest supporter and who has cheered me on as I’ve built multiple businesses and followed the path of my soul’s work.

Over the years, I have learned to dance with my intuition, to listen when my higher self, my guides and the Universe whisper (or shout!) their guidance. Each time I said yes to those intuitive nudges, my life transformed in miraculous ways.

My path eventually revealed itself: I am here to be a Spiritual & Intuitive Life Coach, a healer, a teacher and a guide for women who are ready to reclaim their own magic. 

I created my free community, Own Your Magic, as a sacred space where women can reclaim their magic and come home to themselves.

What I know to be true, and what I teach, is that owning our magic changes everything. It opens the door to a life that feels aligned, soulful, and deeply true.

Owning our magic means reclaiming our power and choosing to live and make decisions from that place. We stop chasing answers outside ourselves and remember that the magic has always lived within. And when we live from that wholeness, our lives begin to blossom in ways we could never have imagined.

Through my courses, coaching, oracle card readings and energy healing, I’ve helped hundreds of women peel away old layers, clear away blocks and step into their powerful selves. Watching them reclaim their power, their voice and their joy feels nothing short of alchemy.

This work is sacred to me. It is a great honor to walk alongside another woman as she awakens, heals and rises. My deepest wish is that we all remember our magic and live as the fullest, most luminous versions of ourselves.

Because we were never meant for ordinary lives. We are meant for magic.
